Travel Management

Tourism is a continuously developing field that keeps pace with tourists' needs. Therefore, people working in tourism, especially in the field of Tourism Management, are required to be dynamic, creative, and enjoy traveling. The Tourism Management major is currently attracting the interest and enrollment of many young people. However, many candidates choosing Tourism Management still ask questions like “Am I suited to the Tourism Management major?” “What jobs can you get after studying Tourism Management?” and “Where should I study Tourism Management?”...

The first question I want to share with candidates interested in the Tourism Management program is: “What can you do after graduating in Tourism Management?”

Students of Hai Phong College of Tourism (HCT) majoring in Tour Management and Tour Guiding undergo practical training and internships at tourist destinations

Tour management is the profession that directly carries out, manages, and coordinates tour operations with tasks that include designing tour programs; advising on and selling tourism products and services; operating, organizing, and resolving issues that arise during the implementation of tour programs to ensure excellent customer care in order to maintain market share; establishing customer relationships and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders.
After graduation, you will be able to flexibly connect destinations to create attractive tours, confidently and proactively advise and introduce travelers to itineraries and unforgettable experiences. In particular, you will serve as an important bridge between service providers and tourists to deliver the best and most suitable products and services to customers.
The above tasks are mainly carried out at tour operating companies, travel agency offices and other tourism service businesses in a very diverse and rich working environment, frequently involving communication with customers, service providers and partners both domestically and internationally.
It can be affirmed that the Travel Management profession is a creative field, an opportunity for you to develop and assert yourself, connecting with an open world.

The second question: who is suitable for the Travel Management field?
