Units, departments, agencies, and localities that are managing these programs and projects are requested to review the list and carry out the following: 1. For projects that have already completed settlement and liquidation, units must send confirmation documents (decision on final settlement, minutes of final inspection, summary report on settlement and liquidation) to the Department of Finance for archiving. 2. For projects that have not yet settled and liquidated, units must complete procedures for settlement and liquidation in accordance with current regulations and send related documents to the Department of Finance for archiving before December 31, 2019. 3. For projects that cannot complete settlement by December 31, 2019 due to objective reasons, units must report the causes, plan for completion, and expected timeline for settlement to the Department of Finance before December 15, 2019 for consolidation and report to the Ministry of Finance.
